NAWCTSD’s mission requires the innovation, agility, efficiency, and value that small businesses bring to the Warfighter. NAWCTSD assists small businesses and socio-economic small businesses in obtaining a fair proportion of its acquisition dollars through prime and subcontracting opportunities. The Director for Small Business Programs acts directly for and on behalf of the NAWCTSD Commanding Officer regarding small business matters and is responsible for ensuring active engagement across the command and between NAWCTSD and the small business community.
