Multiple Awards Contracts
Pilot and Aircrew Curriculum Revision and Maintenance (PACRM)
The PACRM encompasses the procurement of multiple planned and unplanned revision and maintenance of Pilot and Aircrew curriculum for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and foreign military.
Four basic contracts awarded in May 2021 with a Ceiling Amount of $90 Million. The ordering period consists of a five (5) year base period and one (1) two-year option ordering period, for potential ordering period of 7 years. If all option periods are exercised, the ordering period will end by 30 April 2028 with all performance complete by 2032.
Fielded Training Systems Support V (FTSS V)
The FTSS V Multiple Award Contract (MAC) encompasses the procurement of Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services and Contractor Instructional Services in support of Training Systems.
Seven basic contracts for LOT I (Unrestricted) and Two basic contracts for LOT 2 (Small Business Set-Aside) were awarded in July 2022 with a Ceiling Amount of $1.31B. The ordering period is for 5 years with three (3) 1-year option ordering periods, for a potential ordering period of 8 years. If all option ordering periods are exercised, the ordering period will end by August 2030 with all performance complete by 2033.
Training System Contract IV (TSC IV)
The TSC IV encompasses the procurement of Training System design, development, production, test and evaluation, delivery, modification, and support.
Twenty-three basic contracts awarded in November 2018 with a Ceiling Amount of $980M. The ordering period is for 5 years with one (1) 2-year option ordering period and two (2) 1-year option ordering periods, for a potential ordering period of 9 years. If all option ordering periods are exercised, the ordering period will end by November 2027 with all performance complete by 2029.
