The MRTS 3D® AN/SLQ-32(V)6 application was developed to support maintenance training for the Cryptologic Technical Technician (CTT) rate performing on the AN/SLQ-32(V)6 Electronic Warfare Suite. This training system will allow U.S. Navy maintenance personnel to perform corrective and preventive maintenance by simulating Maintenance Requirements Cards (MRCs), Job Sheets, and Faults. MRTS 3D® AN/SLQ-32(V)6 allows the operator to scaffold their learning experience by practicing in Guided Mode which provides hints to the next step. Once the procedures are mastered in Guided Mode, the operator is ready to execute procedures without the hints in Unguided Mode. Four eight-station MRTS 3D® AN/SLQ-32(V)6 laboratories are installed at the Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC) Corry Station in Pensacola, Florida. One station is installed at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division in Indiana. One station is installed at the Reserve Maintenance Centers (RMC) in Norfolk and San Diego.
