E-6B Suite

The MRTS 3D® E-6B Maintenance application supports targeted maintenance training of five systems: the Auxiliary Power Unit, Environmental Control System, Electrical System, Fuel System, and Hydraulics System. E-6B includes simulations to allow a trainee to perform planned maintenance training. E-6B is capable of providing training for scenarios under normal operating conditions, as well as provide training for troubleshooting and fault isolation scenarios. E-6B provides a 2D schematic system that reflects the current state of the aircraft for the five systems and works with overview mode. Overview mode provides a 3D representation of the flow for the five systems.

The upcoming MRTS 3D® E-6B MAST application simulates tactical system components necessary for training maintenance procedures of the Communications Central and Battlestaff suites, as installed on the E-6B aircraft. The E-6B MAST is capable of providing training scenarios under normal operating conditions as well as provide training for troubleshooting and fault isolation scenarios, including removal/replacement of various components.
