Join Our Team

Located on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBDML) in central New Jersey, right off the coast of the Jersey Shore, we're home to more than 1,800 civilian and active-duty military personnel. Our highly trained workforce is made up of engineers, technicians, logisticians, acquisition experts, skilled technical artisans, business professionals, administrative personnel and more.

NAWCAD Lakehurst’s workforce plays a vital role in developing, fielding, and sustaining Navy systems and ensuring products are delivered on time, perform as expected, and are cost-effective. The role requires developing and implementing solutions with an integrated technical approach across the total life-cycle to satisfy the needs of the fleet and to expedite transition of technology to the user, practice early production planning, and systematically examine producibility.

Our employees work with state-of-the-art tools and technologies to design, develop, and maintain a wide array of Support Equipment and Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment in direct support of the Navy fleet and its partner countries.

Work is performed in our offices, from home, in a lab, at a contractor site, a fleet site, or a coalition partner site, which can be either within, or outside of, the United States.
