Since 1948, Honeycomb Company of America, Inc. (HCOA) has delivered innovative solutions for aviation maintenance operations. We specialize in the manufacture and repair of complex aerostructures constructed of metal-to-metal, metal-to-aluminum honeycomb, fiberglass-to-composite honeycomb or carbon fiber bonding. Typical part types include control surfaces, skins, panels, fairings, covers, doors, floorboards, and more.

HCOA performs most all manufacturing operations on-site including heat treat, metal forming, chemical processing, machining, mechanical assembly, layup, autoclave, paint, testing, and tool design and fabrication. We are AS9100 Quality System certified and maintain Nadcap certifications in Composites, Chemical Processing, Heat Treating, and Non-Destructive Testing. HCOA is an approved supplier for Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Bell, Northrop Grumman, and other OEMs.
