Located in Kapolei, Hawaii (JRF), on the island of Oahu. Our Hawaii location occupies a 10,000 sq. ft. on the Kalaeloa Airport, formerly Barbers Point Naval Air Station. The Hawaii shop serves the State of Hawaii and also offers mobile painting worldwide at your location. In 2006, our mobile operations and crew began refurbishing static display aircraft that were damaged in Hurricane Katrina. The mobile crew has performed paint services in Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Idaho, Texas, and Japan.

Complete removal of existing paint system (chemical and mechanical removal)
Corrosion control removal and surface repairs and treatment to metal surfaces

Application of all base, mid and topcoat paint systems including primers and sealers
Our History: Jim Straube founded Straube’s Aircraft Services in the State of Hawaii in 1985. In 1994, Straube’s established their west coast location in Kingman, Arizona. The Arizona location serves as Straube’s corporate headquarters. In 2004, Straube’s Aircraft Services was awarded a GSA Schedule contract to paint and refurbish aircraft and aircraft related equipment for the Federal Government. Straube’s mobile crew has traveled across the globe working on damaged aircraft and static displays, including the Saturn V rocket. By 2007, Straube’s had begun working with Leonardo Helicopters as their inhouse paint contractor at their facility in Philadelphia, PA. Straube’s newest facility opened in 2017 in Peachtree City, Georgia, specializing in corporate jets.
