IDS is a software development and software services company has delivered innovative financial analysis and program management IT system solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD) for over two decades. We introduced our flagship system, the Comprehensive Cost & Requirements System (CCaR™), at the Space and Missile Systems Center at Los Angeles Air Force Base in 1997. Since that time, we have been the sole developer and integrator of the Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) suite of applications managing programmatic, financial, and analytical data for the Air Force and Army Acquisition domains. The goal of this system was simple: revolutionize the way the Federal Government does business. Today, DoD Senior Acquisition Executives and Financial Managers rely on PMRT to manage over $200 billion in appropriated funding and Foreign Military Sales requirements.
