Strategic Resilience Group

Strategic Resilience Group (SRG), is a Veteran Administration (VA) Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business founded with the sole purpose of helping clients achieve their mission in an increasingly complex operational environment. SRG is motivated to create innovative technical, organizational, and personnel solutions to solve the most important problems faced by our customers. SRG is mainly comprised of retired Marines with decades of experience in developing innovative capabilities and using them on the battlefield. SRG personnel have pioneered DOTMLPF efforts from the individual level to the National Defense Policy level. They are subject matter experts on how the Department of Defense works. SRG has leveraged this knowledge in support of various Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) to include support to the development of the Marine Corps Information Environment (MCIE) establishment. SRG is on the cutting edge as a partner with major Artificial Intelligence (AI) developers and continues to expand its AI portfolio. SRG understands the future of the information environment and works to keep the ethos of “first to fight” relevant in this new warfighting domain. Recently SRG conducted a pilot program for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in support of increasing USMC aviation readiness as well as a study at Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA) to analyze trends in retention across the USMC. Our core capabilities are data analytics and analysis, implementing agile methodologies and processes, training, and organizational change management. Resilience ties to Readiness, which is a core mission in supporting our customers and our country.
