Pioneer HUBZone Innovators, a strategic joint venture, has strong past performance and capabilities. Our cost center ratings in CPARS are excellent, and our diverse experience and resource reach back allow us to tackle problems typically reserved for large businesses. Our strategic joint venture was formed by several successful small business Defense Contractors to support organizations, like NAVAIR CIO and NDMS PMO.
