Ballco Manufacturing

Ballco manufacturing is a CNC shop which has been producing precision parts since 1988, it is in the west suburbs of Chicago. We currently manufacture CNC parts in multiple industries including OIL/Waste Management/Defense/Aerospace/Agriculture/Medical. We have 71 CNC machines, with 65 employees working 2 shifts and OT when necessary. We have a 3000 square feet tool-crib,our QC department is separated into 2 areas, a CMM room which holds a Zeiss CMM and other room holds all measuring equipment which is calibrated yearly by an outside source. Once we land or even begin quoting a job our engineering team springs into action by creating a solid model in Solid-works(If not provided), then program using the latest software which is MasterCam. All our machines are hooked to to a server for easy loading, saving, altering of programs.We are also AS9100D certified and ITAR certified. We pride ourselves on delivering quality parts on time.
