nGAP Incorporated was founded in 2008 as a software research and development group. Our primary focus is the design, experimentation, and investigation of new methods using web technology to automate and significantly improve contracting business processes and in doing so, ensure optimal outcomes that make these processes easier to implement and easy to use by Contracting and Acquisition teams. nGAP started as a specialized group of developers tasked with research aimed at automating contract administration for Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles in the Federal space with an emphasis on The Department of Defense. The result of this research created an integrated end-to-end Procurement Lifecycle Management Enterprise called "The Open Acquisition System." Today nGAP is composed of highly skilled Subject Matter Experts, teams of highly specialized software engineers, business analysts, and researchers focused exclusively on the challenges of acquisition system automation and improvement and bringing state-of-the-art innovation to the Federal Government contracting process.
