MDSA Group, Inc. was founded in June 2019 and is currently doing business as MDSA Aerospace. Headquartered in Exton, PA, MDSA Aerospace provides our customers with mechanical design and structural analysis services. MDSA Aerospace provides services to Government and Commercial customers in the following industries Aerospace, Aviation, Unmanned Systems & Robotics, and Training and Simulation. We support short-term to long-term contracts; no project is too small or too big. We provide on-site support to our customers on an as-needed basis. MDSA Aerospace has a team of resources to support your project from concept to final delivery.

The company founder is a Mechanical Engineer with more than fourteen years of design and structural analysis experience on aircraft/rotorcraft, space flight hardware, MGSE hardware, flight simulation, static structures, and pressure vessels. He has broad experience including finite element analysis, design, and classical hand analysis. He has served in both Program Management and Business Development roles throughout his career. MDSA Aerospace has years of aviation design and analysis experience to meet FAA (FAR Part 23, 25, 27, and 29) and other flight clearance requirements including those for DoD programs. Our team reviews and will provide a design and analysis that will comply with all flight clearance requirements.

Several notable projects that the company founder has worked on include the Hubble Space Telescope Servicing Mission 4, the DAWN Mission, and modifications of both the P-3C and P-8A aircraft for the US Navy.
