Cogent Solutions provided IT support services and management consulting. Core capabilities include: cybersecurity, web applications & cloud computing, project management, and software development and O&M. Cogent holds a TS facility clearance, with our contract work split between Defense and Federal Civilian agencies. Our Defense work currently includes Navy support for the Navy Logistics Library. Cogent holds three ISO certifications - 9001 for Quality, 27000 for Security, and 20000 for Service Delivery. Cogent also expects to achieve CMMI ML 3 in 2020, along with CMMC for Cyber.
