Tekla Research is a SDVOSB with a strong and growing presence at Pax River, with prime contracts in PMA-202 and AIR 5.1.12, and subcontractor roles in numerous Program Offices and Competencies. Tekla also has a maintained a prime contract with the Naval Research Lab for over 16 years, as well as significant presence at COMOPTEVFOR and OSD(AT&L). Agile, responsive and customer focused, our core competencies include T&E (Developmental and Operational), Acquisition and Program Management, System Engineering, and Electronic Warfare.
