Shackleton Group, Inc. is a SDVOSB providing a wide range of Organizational Development Support. Marines founded SG 13 years ago to continue supporting the warfighter once out of uniform. We do that by providing NAVAIR programs added capability through unique and focused Organizational Development (OD). We apply OD systems expertise and tools to ensure optimization and implementation of strategic, structural and people-related organizational initiatives. Efforts are undertaken as determined via assessment and directed by leadership. SG will: Facilitate capture and publication of critical business processes to support the structure. Assess, provide recommendations, and assist in the implementation of desired behaviors, and develop associated products that support strategy/structure at each level of the organization. Provide leadership development training. Document OD products and include in Interactive Operating Guide and/or Charter housed in an appropriate Management Systems Library.
