I2R Nanowave, Inc. (a Delaware Registered Company) was established by Nanowave Technologies (Canada). In 2014 I2R Nanowave completed its design and manufacturing facility in Macungie, Pennsylvania. Housed in a stand?alone 17,000 sq. ft. building, the company is equipped with a 3,600 sq. ft. class 10,000 clean room and a 3,800 sq. ft. assembly and test area. I2R Nanowave is capable of doing design, development, build to print, and manufacture in the electronic and optoelectronics industries. Nanowave has extensive experience delivering high power pulsed and CW amplifiers based on the latest GaN and GaAs technologies for radar, defense, communications, industrial and scientific applications. We use our proprietary power combiner technology to generate high efficiency and reliability for designs up to 10s of kilowatts and frequencies to Ka?Band. All amplifiers are hermetically sealed and qualified to Mil?STD?883 standards.
