NanoLab is actively involved in product development for several technology areas of interest to the Navy; electronics and sensors (measuring wear, temperature, etc.), composites (carbon fiber, epoxies, etc) and coatings. Nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes, nanoclays, and nanoparticles are often utilized when they confer an advantage in performance.
