ESEA is a certified Veteran-Owned Small Business. ESEA was founded in March 1986 as a California corporation with offices in Los Altos, California. Its charter is to provide consulting and engineering services to government agencies and industry in the U.S. and internationally. These engineering services include systems and software engineering, consulting, technology assessment, and design.ESEA has contributed to programs that encompass a broad range of technologies which required broad expertise including: technology assessment, establishment of system concepts, technical feasibility assessment, design selection, realistic performance assessment, risk assessment, technical program monitoring, operational test and evaluation, operational performance reviews, as well as software design, development, coding, test, modification, and customization. ESEA has contributed to the development and acquisition of high technology avionics and electronic warfare systems.
