Enduralock

Enduralock provides custom fastener engineering solutions for high vibration environments. The fasteners are permanently locking but reversible and reusable with a standard socket. An accurate preload can be determined, as the nut is free spinning with the socket applied. With removal of the socket, the fastener permanently locks.The fastener’s ease of installation, reversibility, and reusability with standard sockets provide for reduced time and cost of installation and maintenance. The National Aerospace Standard 1312-7 requires a self-locking nut to withstand 30,000 cycles of vibration. Enduralock’s fasteners have withstood 300,000 cycles (10 times the industry standard) without loosening.
