Dolphin Manufacturing is a small woman-owned machine shop with 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machining centers and CMM inspection services with 37 years of experience. Unique machining capabilities include vertical milling up to 157 inches in length. Parts are machined from extrusions, castings, plate and forgings. Unique machining capabilities include custom heavy-duty hinges along with special application hinges and hinge hole drilling up to 120 inches in length. Complex shapes and parts that require atypical fixturing and multiple set ups are common to our company. Dolphin Manufacturing is a premier supplier to the aerospace industry along with the automotive industry. Machining capabilities include vertical and horizontal milling, tumble deburring, cold sawing among other capabilities. We work with aluminum, armor plate, stainless, titanium, inconnel, brass, composites, plastics and low carbon ferrous steels. In-house capabilities include tooling design and fabrication. Thank you.
