AAMSI is a small, family-owned business established in 1953 and has been a U.S. Department of Defense Contractor since the mid-1970s, registered with the U.S. Government’s Business Partner Network and the Central Contractor Registration under CAGE Code 56540. AS9100C certified. AAMSI has built a solid reputation within the Aerospace and Defense industries providing research, development, manufacturing, distribution, repair and refurbishment support for a wide range of products and platforms. Manufacture spares and provide MRO services for aircraft structural components, most notably F/A-18 landing gear earning a Boeing Performance Excellence Award. Currently licensed for over 4000 F/A-18 parts. Electronics - Design and develop transmitter/receiver components most notably the APX-121 IFF Transponder .A much smaller IFF transponder is under development for UAV applications.
