Coriendo provides the essential first step of automating the various processes, which then makes it possible to gather process metrics and begin to make informed operational decisions.At the federal level, we have built and currently maintain a system of record called eDR for a joint venture of the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Veterans Administration (VA). The eDR system provides an automated and bi-directional referral process, a document management component, an accounts payable and claims adjudication process as well as a business intelligence analytics module that provides senior managers at the DoD and the VA with detailed operational reports that mine an ever growing statistical database.
