We are the vendor of choice for several OSD organizations to provide Acquisition and Program Management; Cost Estimating and Analysis; Earned Value Management; Budget Development & Execution and Lifecycle Facilities Logistics Management. In addition, BCF provides engineering and technical services to the Navy on numerous subcontracts. We support efforts for additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping projects on mobile and ground-based communications platforms. BCF personnel are familiar with many of the Navy’s corporate applications, such as MICS and MTS that are used to facilitate project execution.
