Trident Technologies, LLC (Trident) is a Woman-Owned Small Business specializing in providing programmatic support services to Navy, DoD and Army clients. Our current portfolio of 21 prime contracts includes four aviation and weapons systems prime contracts and Task Orders (TOs) valued at $130M. We possess Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services (CMMI-SVC) Maturity Level (ML) 3 management processes, dedicated infrastructure and tools to effectively manage, organize, direct and control our efforts. This capability, which is unique to small businesses less than $38.5M, consistently achieves Exceptional Contractor Performance Assessment Rating System ratings, demonstrating our ability to manage complex programs and mitigate program management and execution risk. Trident’s most recent programmatic services TO wins, all in the past 24 months, include the prime contract for PMA-257 under PMCSS MAC, the Multi-National Aviation Special Project Office (MNA SPO) (formerly Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft Project Management Office (PMO), the Cruise Missile Defense System (CMDS) PMO, and the Lower Tier Project Office (LTPO – also known as the PATRIOT air and missile defense family of systems). We are enrolled now in CMMS Level 3 for Development assessment by June 2019.
