Exceptional Difference LLC (XD) is a woman-owned small business with decades of experience in high-stakes, safety critical, software-intensive engineering systems. We are dedicated to growing engineers, teams, and leaders with the tools, mindsets, and courage to perform exceptional systems engineering in an exciting, thriving culture. We focus on transformation (not training) by bridging the gap between principle and reality. We mentor engineers and leaders to immediately apply tried and true engineering principles to their projects. This allows projects that we work with to deliver improved air warfare capabilities to the fleet and the warfighter.
