Cavalier Cabling LLC, a minority -owned disadvantaged small business, is a manufacturer of Cable Assemblies and wire harnesses for Military application and Aerospace Application. We have over 3 years of “hands-on” experience and have 2 years of experience as a prime contractor of April 2024 servicing the federal & state government agencies and, various utility agencies and suppliers.

Highest Quality – Assemblers are certified to IPC WHMA 620. our team also complies with J-STD-001 and assemble cables to Class 3 Requirements per IPC WHMA 620E. Along with this Cavalier Cabling also is compliant with AS9003 and has a tailored QMS to be eligible with our clients’ requirements.

Testing: We can Test all cables at rapid rates thanks to our Cirris Hipot testers and Cami Testers allowing us to document all tests and allows us to quickly test our clients’ cables and get instant reports back on the status of the cables after testing to be provided to our customers before shipping.
