Boarhog has been delivering high end Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and Program Support Services (PSS) to select United States Navy Echelon II and III acquisition commands and field activities for the past 12 years, leveraging our SeaPort Next Generation prime contract, our DCAA approved accounting system, our Top Secret Facility Security Clearance, and our strong relationships with prime contractors including BAE, Booz Allen Hamilton, Huntington Ingalls, COLSA, KES, VTG Defense, SERCO, and CACI. Specifically, Boarhog's engineers and technicians are on-site working with Navy civil servants and fellow contractors administering the cybersecurity special projects portfolio of capabilities and developing cyber secure architectures using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools. We are supporting the In-Service Aircraft Carrier Program Office on the Carrier Engineering Maintenance Assist Team (CEMAT) providing systems maintenance and deck-plate training (find, fix, and train). We are developing, testing, cyber securing, and sustaining the Navy's AEGIS combat system and Ship Self Defense System (SSDS). We are developing and testing the next increment of Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) called Spectral. We are producing the Installation Requirements Diagrams (IRDs) and working the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for the Navy's Consolidated Afloat Network and Enterprise Services (CANES) and other afloat network and communications technologies, and we are certified installers of those technologies aboard aircraft carriers, amphibious assault ships, surface combatants and submarines under the Navy's Global Installation Contract. We are delivering help desk and afloat technical assistance support to the Capability Based In-Service Engineering Activity (CB-ISEA) for Navy tactical datalinks. We are building Data Link Test Tools (DLTT) equipment, Gateway Systems (GS) and Mini Rack equipment to support the operation of the Systems Integration Facility (SIF) and the Combined Test Bed (CTB). We performed as the Digital War Room Curator for the Navy PEO C4I employment of Oblong Industries' Mezzanine advanced collaboration technologies. Boarhog has the experience, commitment and conscientiousness to succeed in the maritime domain, and we are a SBA certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO) small business, and for the decade up until March 22nd 2024 was SBA certified as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business too.
