Axxeum, Inc. (Axxeum) is an experienced, proven Small Business under NAICS 488190 (and all other aviation NAICS) that provides Aviation Operations, Services, Maintenance, and Training for Government customers worldwide – CONUS and OCONUS. Axxeum has extensive experience supporting non-standard aircraft for security assistance partner nation end users on U.S. Government contracts. Headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, Axxeum has the proven leadership, management, and integration skills required to conduct high-quality rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft maintenance and support services. Axxeum provides services and support across the entire aviation platform lifecycle, from aircraft sales and delivery, modification and technology insertion, maintenance and contractor logistics services, including the procurement of aircraft spares and repair parts and components. Axxeum has aircraft maintenance experience at the Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot (O, I, and D) level on multiple rotary wing platforms relevant to U.S. Government (USG) and FMS customers. We have established and formalized long-standing relationships with aircraft OEMs, including Sikorsky (Lockheed Martin), Bell Helicopter (Textron), and MD Helicopters, Inc. Axxeum is an authorized Service Center for MD Helicopters, and maintains manufacturing capability for aircraft spare and repair parts, especially electrical and wiring components for aircraft systems. Axxeum is an authorized Manufacturer Service Provider for Leonardo Helicopters.

Axxeum maintains a Quality Management System certified under ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, AS9110, AS9120. We operate our own aircraft maintenance and modification facility at the Huntsville International Airport with FAA certifications under 14 CFR Part 145 (Repair Station), as well as Part 135 and 133 (Operations).
