Our solutions use automation including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and optical character recognition (OCR) to reduce costs and improve data-based decision-making. We offer secure, accurate, high-volume scanning and intelligent document processing of physical and digital records and forms, structured and unstructured data, and images. Projects include M-19-21 compliance, redaction for FOIA and release of information requests, correction of misfiled records, data anonymization for research, patient record onboarding MHS Genesis systems, and data intelligence applications. Our conversion centers and processes are certified compliant with the highest security protocols and our facility has Authority To Operate (ATO).
Anacomp pioneered the use of AI/ML-based automated document classification and metadata extraction for official government records in 2004 and has advanced these offerings over decades of high-volume operational use. Modern capture technology automates classification and data extraction with minimal operator assistance. Our proprietary methodology includes chain of custody tracking and enables document metadata accuracy up to 99.995%.

We specialize in processing sensitive data including Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) data, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and Protected Health Information (PHI).
