KTech staff has over 32 years of expertise in financial management, cybersecurity, and human capital. KTech can provide support in the following areas: budget formulation, budget execution, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, invoice processing, travel operations, charge card operations, developing and reporting financial metrics, financial improvement and audit readiness, as well as policy development. KTech staff also has experience in Human Capital. This expertise includes supporting a range of human resource services in the functional areas of classification and position management, staffing, training, recruitment and retention, data analytics, and resolution of issues related to pay and benefits, time and attendance, employee relations, records updates and corrections. Most recently, KTech staff led the Human Capital Data Standardization Working Group for the Department of Commerce, creating a data standard to improve automation and leverage data as a strategic asset. Further, KTech has expertise in cybersecurity. KTech staff served as a Board Member of the Excelsior College National Cybersecurity Institute, which was designated by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education for its Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity program.
