Hurtt’s Enterprise LLC dba H E Management Solutions (HEMS) is a minority woman owned small disadvantaged business. The company is headquartered in Brandywine, Maryland. Founded in 2019, by President/ CEO, Alicia Hurtt, HEMS focuses on providing professional, scientific and technical support services to government and private sector organizations. HEMS started its first government contracting opportunities with Fannie Mae, FHA, VA and Freddie Mac as a subcontractor in the property preservation industry. Ms. Hurtt viewed this opportunity as a chase to learn more about providing specialized industry knowledge to the federal government organizations. HEMS refocused our business model to provide a broader array of services to government agencies.
ALICIA HURTT is an accomplished and dynamic professional with several years of experience

and specialization in governmental business management, administrator in the education sector

and legislation implementation. Delegated to train, mentor and develop associates in order to

reach business goals; with the ability to establish, build, retain and participate in customer service

efforts with predominate emphasis on providing branch operational excellence with management

through leadership to the operation and associates.
