Strategic Alliance, Inc. (SAI)

SAI provides technical and engineering support during identification, selection, design, integration, and configuration of new/modified weapon systems to include, communications and navigation systems and components, including hardware and software. Particularly, SAI provides these services in support of DoD Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Programs.

In addition to DoD system acquisition, technical and engineering services, the SAI FMS Financial Center of Excellence offers comprehensive accounting, FMS case reconciliation, case audit and review of final statements, and facilitation of receipt of final case closure certificates.

SAI is looking to expand its expert services to other DoD platforms and would value involvement in the NAVAIR small business community.
