HomeLynx Health is an American home exercise, strengthening and conditioning company. With more and more being asked from the Warfighter including HMD (helmet mounted displays), kevlar helmets and body armor, neck and back pain is not only prevalent but is one of the leading causes of early retirement as well as disability. By implementing a proactive neck and back strengthening/conditioning program, not only does it mitigate potential injury but has been shown to improve warfighter readiness and physical capabilities.
