Optimal Solutions Group (“Optimal”) proposes a pool of highly qualified accessibility testing and remediation specialists. Optimal is a Maryland-based policy research and data analytics firm with multiple software products and wrap-around service offerings to assist our clients in achieving digital accessibility. Our pool of accessibility testing and remediation specialists have demonstrated experience testing and remediating websites, PDF documents, and software applications to ensure conformance with accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines [WCAG]). Moreover, our accessibility specialists also have experience using the state-of-art assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, Color Contrast Analyzer, SnagIt). Our pool of accessibility specialists have undergraduate and graduate degrees in information sciences, data science, and business. They have also undertaken supplemental training in data security, privacy, accessibility testing (i.e., Department of Homeland Security Trusted Testers), and human-centered design. Our accessibility specialists have worked on contracts at multiple federal agencies testing and/or remediating digital products to ensure conformance with the prevailing accessibility standards.
