Since 2005, Cypress Resources has been awarded more than 130 commercial, Federal, and Defense contracts. We specialize in two areas: 1) Development of strategic execution roadmaps and implementation of strategic plans and 2) Data analysis and trendlines to support organization objectives and leader’s intent.
The Cypress Strategy as a Service (StratAAS™) drives strategy forward to ensure mission execution. Our methodology establishes an in-depth understanding of strategy, insight into critical operations, develops key metrics, supports stakeholder teams in execution, and monitors success. The uniformity designed within our approach aligns stakeholders, improves communication, and ensures stakeholder teams are provided with the tools and resources required to execute.

We work with senior military leadership, Fortune 500 executives, and their teams to execute large-scale strategic initiatives. For 17 years, our work in private and public sectors, including facilitation of transformation initiatives with the Department of Defense (DoD), has directly impacted more than 153 million end-users and beneficiaries, both CONUS and OCONUS including U.S., Canada, and Japan.
We support multiple industries, including technology, manufacturing, financial, healthcare, education, and government. We’ve worked extensively with the federal government on business transformation in the areas of strategy and technology. Our customers include the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) Comptroller; the Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management (SAF/FM); the Air Force Education and Training Command (AETC); the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA); the Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF), and the US Department of Agriculture (USDA). We have also facilitated large-scale commercial strategy initiatives, including Regions Bank, Mspark, O’Neal Steel, and Hudson’s Bay – North America’s oldest retailer with brands that include Saks Fifth Avenue.

We have primed over 90 contracts. Since 2016, we have administered over 50k surveys (classes, etc.) for the USAF Air Education and Training Command (AETC), collecting key data on mental health. This data is used to establish trendlines and recommend strategies to strengthen the capacity of all entering personnel and their instructors. Additionally, in 2021, AETC awarded Cypress three Blanket Ordering Agreements (BOA) for innovative services and the analysis of large-volume datasets to identify emerging and hidden patterns that impact transformation. Due to our expertise working with DoD, Cypress is the only contractor to receive a Prime award on all three agreements.
