Acquisition Logistics Engineering (ALE)

Acquisition Logistics Engineering (ALE) is a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) that has successfully supported commercial and government organizations with Integrated Logistics Support for the last 35 years. We are leaders in the integration of traditional logistical analyses (maintenance analysis, technical manuals, trade-off studies, life cycle cost, and others) with our specialty engineering analyses (reliability, maintainability, and availability, safety, and human factors engineering) to reduce cost, increase product quality, and improve customer satisfaction. We have successfully supported NAVAIR and NAVSEA for the last 5 years with Product Support Analysis/Logistics Product Data (PSA/LPD), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) on the P-8A and EA-18G. As Subject Matter Experts (SME), we provide training to NAVAIR through interactive workshops on PSA/LPD and LORA at Pax River, Lakehurst, Cherry Point, Jacksonville, and North Island.

ALE is experienced in establishing and updated LPD databases and producing Maintenance Plans from those databases. Our most recent work has supported NSWC Crane with Depot and Intermediate level Maintenance Planning and LPD database development for the ALQ-240 and ALQ-218, as well as updating ALQ-99 and APG-73 legacy Maintenance Plans. ALE is currently supporting a P-8A component vendor with maintenance planning and LPD database development on the Link-11 Data Terminal Set. We also have extensive experience supporting NAVSEA programs in these program areas at the ship-level on the LPD-17 and DDG-1000 programs. ALE is currently responsible for integrating Product Support Analysis (PSA) results and performing the initial maintenance planning for a US Army helicopter turboshaft engine development program. Our staff includes 7 NAVSEA RCM Level II certified technicians.
