NAWCAD's Strategic Education Office (SEO) integrates the warfare center with educational programs that respond to the Navy's emerging demands and NAWCAD’s mission delivering superior capability in naval aviation. The SEO establishes a continuum of educational STEM opportunities across K-12 outreach, university collaboration, and other NAWCAD workforce needs. The SEO inspires students in STEM fields to join the NAWCAD workforce by coordinating work among educational programs and facilitating opportunities for students and employees.
