Multiple Awards Contracts
Technical Data Products Contract
The (TDPC) is NAWCTSD’s contractual vehicle for the procurement of technical data products supporting simulation and training. TDPC supports the streamlined procurement of supply products generally under the description of Instructional System Development support materials.
Forty four basic contracts awarded in September 2013 with a Ceiling Amount of $780M. The period of performance ordering period is for 7 years with all orders by September 2020 with all performance complete by 2023.
Fielded Training Systems Support IV (FTSS IV)
The FTSS IV encompasses the procurement of Contractor Operator Maintenance Services and Contractor Instructional Services in support of Training Systems.
Nine basic contracts for LOT I were awarded in July 2016 with a Ceiling Amount of $1.75B. The ordering period is for 5 years with three (3) 1-year option ordering periods, for a potential ordering period of 8 years. If all option ordering periods are exercised, the ordering period will end by July 2024 with all performance complete by 2027.
Please note that LOT II has yet to be awarded due to resolution of a protest received challenging the size status of one of the prospective awardees.
Training System Contract IV (TSC IV)
The TSC IV encompasses the procurement of Training System design, development, production, test and evaluation, delivery, modification, and support.
Twenty-three basic contracts awarded in November 2018 with a Ceiling Amount of $980M. The ordering period is for 5 years with one (1) 2-year option ordering period and two (2) 1-year option ordering periods, for a potential ordering period of 9 years. If all option ordering periods are exercised, the ordering period will end by November 2027 with all performance complete by 2029.
Contracted Maintenance Modification Aircrew and Related Services (CMMARS)
The CMMARS program provides support of aviation platforms of various Navy and Air Force type/model/series aircraft, inter-related systems, subsystems, and services. CMMARS will provide contractor logistics services for fixed-wing, rotary-wing, unmanned aircraft vehicles, and lighter than air vehicles, as well as integrally related systems and weapon systems. Logistical support to be provided includes logistics functions and maintenance tasks required to keep U.S. and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers aircraft ready, available, and operating worldwide.
Twenty basic contracts were awarded in January 2019 with a ceiling amount of $12.6B. The ordering period is for 5 years with one (1) 5-year option ordering period, for a potential ordering period of 10 years. If all option ordering periods are exercised, the ordering period will end by November 2027 with all performance complete as stipulated in the resulting Task Orders.
