The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team is the point of contact for all PMA209 products.
The FMS guiding principles are:
- Total Package Approach – to provide all items and services necessary to establish/maintain
CAPABILITIES - not just provide commodities
- Fulfill foreign government requirements through use of the U.S. acquisition system.
- FMS is performed at the no gain or loss to the USG
- The purchaser pays the actual cost.
