The ACIST team manages Strategic Planning and Aircraft Integration in four key areas: Outreach, Platform Integration Management, Platform Integration Systems engineering and, New & Emerging Opportunities. The ACIST team will attend trade shows and briefings when and where available and affordable to keep a pulse on industry developments with technology and product capability as well as military operational requirements and strategies. The ACIST assists in the PMA209 CPI/ Lean Six Sigma activities while providing feedback and updates to leadership and the PMA209 team at the Leadership/Competency meetings, regular team meetings, and at the All Hands venues.
