Final BRAC construction underway at China Lake

Ground is broken April 23 for the tenth and final BRAC 2005 new construction project at China Lake. This 7,200 square foot facility, known as the Weapons Dynamic Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation Center, will be dedicated laboratory space and is located at the China Lake Propulsion Laboratory. The labs will provide dynamic testing of all Navy weapon systems from all-up-rounds to components in all lifecycle configurations. The labs will also have the capability to conduct vibration testing.
