China Lake work force talk to local Money & Me class

Genesis Smith, a NAWCWD employee working in International Research and Development, speaks to Lori Durell's Money and Me class at Burroughs High School May 28 about her education, skills and career choices. Durell's students have been researching a variety of careers that they made be interested in pursuing after graduation. Five others from China Lake also spoke to the Burroughs students about what it's really like in the work force. Dana Hyatt talked about what it takes to work in Human Resources. Mechanical engineers Doug Philbrick and Reed Robinson told of the interesting projects they get to work on. Pete Wang spoke about the skills necessary to work in the computer science field, and Jacqui Walters reinforced the importance of effective communication is all aspects of business management.
