HomepageThe TDRS allows the Naval Air Systems Command Depot Jacksonville to route signed and approved Technical Directives (TDs) to the appropriate shops before the TDs are to be scheduled through the shops for incorporation to identify if each shop, that is, a stake holder, has the necessary manpower, material, tools, etc., to perform the TD when scheduled. It allows for identification of future bottlenecks prior to their occurrence. Additionally, the system provides reports to management which identify slow-downs in the processing of these TDs, shop to shop, to their management. |
