It has been established for the purpose of documenting spare parts,tools and test equipment identification, procurement and delivery information. MSTS serves as a repository for spares requisition history for pricing, vendor and part number history. MSTS assists in the procurement of initial spare parts. The MSTS Databases assists in tracking the status of National Stock Number purchases. MSTS interacts with the Defense Automated Messenger Exchange System (DAMES) to answer any queries concerning updates or cancellations. |
