Visit Request

For security purposes, commercial visitors to the Fleet Readiness Center East are required to provide a letter requesting access on official company/activity letterhead; government visitors should use the Joint Personnel Adjudication System/JPAS or Naval Message, if not available follow the above official company/activity letterhead procedures. The OPNAV Form 5521/27 is obsolete and can no longer be accepted. An official of the requesting organization (other than the visitor) must sign the request. Non-FRC East information technology resources require prior approval from the Information Assurance Manager at (252) 464-7204. Visitors without proper vehicle identification must obtain entry authorization at the main gate of Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point.

Visit requests must include the following information:

Name of Visitor (Last, First, MI) and Social Security Number
Date and Place of Birth
Citizenship (requests from non-U.S. citizens must accompanied by legible copies (front and back) of work visa or green card showing expiration date
Security Clearance (if applicable)
FRC East point of contact and telephone number
Date and duration of visit
Company telephone and FAX numbers and contract number and dates
